How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?

We roast our beans in small batches multiple times a week. Every bag is stamped with a 'Roasted On' date, ensuring you receive your coffee at peak freshness, typically within 3-7 days of roasting.

Do you offer a subscription service?

Yes, we offer flexible subscription plans. You can choose your favorite blend or a rotating single-origin selection and set your delivery frequency. Subscribers also enjoy a 10% discount on every order.

What is your shipping policy?

We ship nationwide via standard and express carriers. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours of roasting.

Can I return coffee if I don't like the taste?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or if you are unsatisfied, please contact our support team and we will make it right.

Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?

Absolutely. We work directly with farmers and reputable importers to ensure fair wages and sustainable farming practices. We prioritize transparency and quality in every step of our supply chain.

Do you provide pre-ground coffee?

While we recommend buying whole beans and grinding fresh for the best flavor, we can grind your coffee for you. Simply select your preferred grind size (Espresso, Filter, or French Press) on the product page.
